CGO operating model
One opportunity-management system, two execution paths. All demand enters a shared intake, then routes by motion: GovCon long-cycle (buyer-controlled, gated capture) or short-cycle (fast-turn federal task orders under existing vehicles). The gated hand-off is the operating mechanism; the Deliver/Learn stage closes the loop back to the pipeline.
